On June 29, 2023, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2023-01) to Triad National Security, LLC related to a group of employees who received unplanned radiation dose while performing work at the Los Alamos Neutron Science Center facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
