On November 2, 2018, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2018-01) to Mission Support Alliance, LLC, for not adequately developing and implementing a software quality assurance (SQA) program as required by the DOE approved quality assurance program at the Hanford Site.
