On June 19, 2002, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) issued a nuclear safety Enforcement Letter to Kaiser-Hill Company, LLC related to the unplanned uptakes of radioactive material by two Radiological Control Technicians at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site.
