On April 16, 2002, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) issued a nuclear safety Enforcement Letter to Fluor Federal Services relating to noncompliances with the information requirements of 10 C.F.R. 820.11 for falsifying training records associated with obtaining access to nuclear facilities at DOE's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
