Related to toluene exposure at the Pantex Plant.
On October 15, 2018, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (WEL-2018-01) to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC regarding an incident in which an employee was overexposed to toluene while performing touch-up operations in a paint shop at the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Pantex Plant.
