On May 5, 2021, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter SEL-2021-01 to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) related to/associated with a security incident discovered in March 2019 involving the unauthorized use of classified information systems and potential disclosure of classified information by CNS at the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas.
