On January 22, 2020, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter WEL-2020-01 to Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC for noncompliances with DOE worker safety and health program requirements (10 C.F.R. Part 851) for protecting workers from electrical hazards at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
