On February 8, 2024, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement entered into a Consent Order (NCO-2024-01) with Fermi Research Alliance, LLC to resolve issues associated with an unplanned radiation exposure to a worker in the Proton Source Test Stand area of the Linac Building at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
