Ms. Carper joins the Department of Energy from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where she most recently served as the Deputy CIO for Customer Relationship & Performance Management.
Ms. Carper is an established strategic technology and financial change agent with the continuous success of exceeding organizational operational goals. She has extensive experience in managing teams of supervisors and staff in state-of-the-art technology solutions, performing tests of internal controls effectiveness, and implementing process improvements.
