WASHINGTON, D.C. – In celebration of National African American History Month 2019, U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry and U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson will participate in a fireside chat tomorrow, February 27, 2019, at the Department of Energy (DOE) Headquarters.

Their discussion, hosted by DOE’s Office of Economic Impact and Diversity and the Blacks in Government (BIG) Energy Chapter, will focus on this year’s theme of “Black Migrations” as well as the countless contributions African Americans have made -- and continue to make – to the greatness of our Nation.
