The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enforcement and Oversight (Independent Oversight), within the Office of Health, Safety and Security, conducted an independent review of selected aspects of construction quality at the K-West Annex Facility. The onsite portion of the review was performed on September 9 and November 12, 2013, by Independent Oversight at the K-West Annex Facility construction site.
