The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement and Oversight, within the Office of Health, Safety and Security (HSS), conducted an independent review of the performance of the DOE Sandia Field Office safety oversight of the Sandia Corporation. The review was performed by the HSS Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations during January 20-23, 2014.
