Review of the Employee Concerns Program at the Savannah River Operations Office The purpose of this Independent Oversight targeted review was to evaluate DOE-SR processes and their implementation for addressing safety concerns reported by DOE, contractor, and subcontractor employees at the Savannah River Site (SRS). This targeted review was performed at SRS from June 3 to 5, 2013.
