On April 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Health, Safety and Security’s Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter to Parsons Technology Development and Fabrication Complex related to nuclear quality assurance deficiencies in the fabrication of safety significant embed plates supplied for construction of the Salt Waste Processing Facility at DOE's Savannah River Site.
