Assessment of Nuclear Safety Culture at the Pantex Plant
This report provides the results of an independent assessment of nuclear safety culture at the Pantex Plant. The review was performed by the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations, which is within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security. The primary objective of the evaluation was to provide information regarding the status of the safety culture at the Pantex Plant. The data collection phase of the assessment occurred during June – August 2012.
