Review of the Consequence Assessment Program at the Los Alamos National Laboratory
This report provides the results of an independent review of the Los Alamos National Laboratory emergency management consequence assessment program that was conducted February 7-9, 2012, by the Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations within the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Health, Safety and Security. The purpose of the review was to measure the Laboratory's compliance against DOE orders and the Laboratory's institutional requirements.
