This report documents the independent review of implementation verification review (IVR) processes at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) conducted by the Office of Enforcement and Oversight (Independent Oversight), which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security (HSS). The review was performed by the HSS Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations from February 6 to 15, 2012.
