This report provides the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Los Alamos National Laboratory. The inspection was conducted during October and November 2005 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight's Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, within the Office of Security and Safety Performance Assurance.
