On March 26, 2010, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Health, Safety and Security’s Office of Enforcement issued a Consent Order (NCO-2010-01) to Uranium Disposition Services, LLC for construction deficiencies at the DUF6 conversion buildings located at DOE's Portsmouth and Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plants. The contractor agreed to the Consent Order.
