Inspection of Emergency Management at the Y-12 National Security Complex
This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the emergency management program at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Y-12 National Security Complex. The inspection was performed in October 2001 by the Office of Emergency Management Oversight within the DOE Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance. Volumes I and II of this report, which are classified, provide the results of concurrent independent oversight inspections of the safeguards and security program and cyber security program, respectively, at the site.
