On July 16, 2010, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Health, Safety and Security's Office of Enforcement issued a Preliminary Notice of Violation to Bechtel Jacobs Company, LLC for violations of 10 C.F.R. 824 associated with the theft of classified matter from DOE's East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) in October 2009.
