On October 29, 2010, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) issued a Consent Order to Lawrence Livermore National Security for deficiencies associated with implementation of the Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program (CBDPP) and related work planning and control processes at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The contractor agreed to the Consent Order.
