DOE found that Felix Storch commercial ice cream freezers failed to comply with energy conservation standards.

DOE ordered Felix Storch to pay a $38,925 civil penalty after Feix Storch had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Felix Storch commercial ice cream freezers' basic models.  The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Felix Storch.
