Nate was raised on a family farm west of Paul and currently lives in Burley with his wife and two children. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in policy and planning. Nate is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer for Southern Idaho Solid Waste; a seven-county solid waste district in Southern Idaho. He currently serves as Secretary of the Solid Waste Association of North America Beaver Chapter, Past President of the Idaho Solid Waste Association, and commissioner of the Cassia County Planning and Zoning Commission. Nate and his wife also own Sawtooth Floral, a special event and wedding floral business based in Burley. It is his passion to help create economical solutions to environmental challenges and he is excited to be a part of the Idaho Cleanup Project Citizens Advisory Board. He also enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor recreation opportunities in Idaho with his family.
