Former Special Advisor to the Chief of Staff
Claire Gibbs served as a Special Advisor for the Chief of Staff and previously as the Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Prior to joining the Department of Energy, Gibbs was the Deputy National Finance Director for Senator Maggie Hassan’s successful re-election campaign in New Hampshire. . Prior to that, she served as the Finance Assistant on Jackie Gordon’s race in New York’s Second Congressional District. Gibbs is a graduate of Duke University, where she double majored in Public Policy and International Comparative Studies. Originally from Kansas, Gibbs now lives in Washington, D.C.
