- motor vehicles such as forklifts, tractors, trailers, trucks, and vans
- motor vehicle supplies such as batteries, fuses, headlamps, oil, tires, and vehicle fluids
- safety material and equipment such as medical supplies, safety clothing, safety glasses, and special signs/notices
- supplies, materials, and parts for maintenance such as wood and steel poles, crossarms, insulators, bolts, nuts, washers, and other line hardware
- services such as architect-engineer consulting, information resource management and technical support, and administrative support services
- furnishing and installing lattice steel transmission towers, right-of-way clearing, substation construction, and transmission line construction
