This professional development webinar helps to inform both formal and informal educators about free, online, and standards-based nuclear energy curriculum that can be used with their students' in-person or through virtual distance learning. The Office of Nuclear Energy discusses the STEM engagement activities that we are supporting. NE has multiple demonstrations of "hands-on" activities that your students can use for exploration. Many of the activities use materials that students can find in their own homes and communities. The webinar features a special introduction by the Assistant Secretary of Nuclear Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, Dr. Rita Baranwal.
