Mr. Permann is a program manager for Battelle Energy Alliance, the DOE Office of Nuclear Energy Management and Operating contractor for the Idaho National Laboratory. Since 2006, he has been involved in planning and inventory, staffing, workforce development and training, and interagency agreements for the contractor. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology Management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University. Mr. Permann volunteers as a member of the Ammon Urban Renewal Agency. He is interested in local government issues and resides in Ammon, Idaho.
