There were four situation reports for Hurricane Barry. The reports were posted between 07/12/19 and 07/15/19. Hurricane Barry's primary landfall was the Gulf Coast. On 07/10 and 07/12, Louisiana and Mississippi were declared states of emergency (respectively). Our reports determined 254,000 outages at the storm's peak, mainly in Louisiana.
