Use the Calendar paragraph to dynamically display up to 25 Events in a Monthly Grid or an Upcoming Event List.
WARNING for multiple calendars
There is a known issue: Multiple Grid Calendars will not render on a page together. The first calendar will display, the rest will be blank. The Upcoming calendar view does not share this issue, and should be used as the workaround.
How to Add a Calendar Paragraph Reference:
REQUIRED STEPS:
- Select Add Paragraph Reference in the Layout Builder section.
- Select Calendar in the Add Paragraph Reference Pop-up
- Select the Display type. The view mode where this calendar will display e.g. Upcoming Events, Month, etc.
- Select the Maximum Events. The maximum number of events that can be listed from this calendar (only applies to the upcoming events display).
- Select Add Block to finish adding the paragraph reference.
ADVANCED STEPS:
- Select Add Paragraph Reference in the Layout Builder section.
- Enter any Block Heading as desired.
- In the Configure Block page, Select Add Calendar
- Enter the Short Title
- Enter the Summary.
- Select Calendar in the Add Paragraph Reference Pop-up
- Select the Display type. The view mode where this calendar will display e.g. Upcoming Events, Month, etc.
- Select the Event Type.
- Select the Maximum Events. The maximum number of events that can be listed from this calendar (only applies to the upcoming events display)
- Further filter events using the Tagging Section
- Filter Events by Site-Wide Topics
- Filter Events by Site-Wide Audience
- Filter Events by your Office Specific Topics
- Filter Events by Custom Topics
- Select a layout style option from the dropdown. (Layout options)
- Select Add Block to finish adding the paragraph reference.
