DOE issued a Notice of Noncompliance Determination to WEG Equipamentos Eletricos S.A. - Motores finding that that WEG model 25012OT3G447/9T of electric motor does not comply with applicable energy conservation standards based on WEG’s data. WEG Motores provided DOE documents and records showing WEG distributed only one unit of the motor in the U.S.
