FIA-19-0013 - In the Matter of Ron Walli

On April 23, 2019, the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) denied a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Appeal filed by Ron Walli (Appellant) from a final determination issued by the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge Office (ORO). On Appeal, the Appellant alleged that ORO had improperly asserted that the records responsive to the request were not agency records. OHA determined that the responsive records were not agency records under the FOIA. Accordingly, OHA denied the Appeal. OHA Case No. FIA-19-0013
