DOE Now Accepting Public Comments on Supplement to the U.S. Energia Sierra Juarez (ESJ) Transmission Line Project Final EIS

DOE is now accepting public comments on the Supplement to the U.S. Energia Sierra Juarez (ESJ) Transmission Line Project Final EIS (DOE/SEIS-0414). The 45-day comment period starts on Friday, October 19, 2018 and closes on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.  Late comments will be considered to the extent practicable.

Comments on DOE/SEIS-0414 should be sent via email to Julie Ann Smith, Ph.D ([email protected]), with comments included as an attachment, or via the U.S. Postal Service to Mail Stop OE-20, 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20590.  Please note: all comments submitted via U.S. mail must be postmarked by the public comment period closing date.
