The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy, in partnership with Western Area Power Administration, hosted a webinar titled, "Tribes Working Together," on Oct. 25, 2017. Attendees will learn about generation-transmission cooperatives and joint action agencies as potential business models to jointly own, procure, and build new transmission and power generation projects, as well as other partnership opportunities that can support tribal energy development and self-determination on tribal lands.
