Inspection Report on The Consolidated Terrorism Watchlist Nomination Process at the Department of Energy

The Government-wide effort to place known or suspected terrorists on a national watchlist is a key weapon in the global war on terrorism. Accurate watchlists provide an import tool for national defense and border protection operations. They allow law enforcement and intelligence personnel to screen and monitor suspected terrorist travel, reducing the likelihood that terrorists may travel undetected to or within the United States.
