Worker Safety and Health Enforcement Consent Order issued to Washington River Protection Solutions relating to an employee fall into an abandoned septic tank.
On November 4, 2016, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued a Consent Order (WCO-2016-02) to Washington River Protection Solutions for deficiencies associated with a subcontractor employee’s fall into an abandoned septic tank during excavation at DOE’s Hanford site. The contractor agreed to the Consent Order.
