On February 22, 2016, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (WEL-2016-01) to National Security Technologies, LLC for deficiencies associated with the improper storage of hazardous chemicals that caused a fire in a waste drum at the Nevada National Security Site.
