Nuclear Safety Enforcement Letter issued to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC to recognize the positive actions taken by the company upon receipt of suspect documentation from a shipping container supplier at DOE’s Pantex Plant.
On April 6, 2015, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2015-01) to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) to recognize the proactive actions taken by CNS to identify and investigate issues associated with suspect documentation received from a shipping container supplier at DOE’s Pantex Plant, and notify other affected DOE contractors of the issue.
