On February 13, 2015, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments' Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (SEL-2015-01) to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, relating to security incidents involving the unclassified waste stream and discrepancies in the inventory of accountable nuclear material at DOE’s Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
