On February 12, 2015, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (WEL-2015-01) to Webcor Builders relating to a 277-volt electrical shock received by a subcontractor apprentice electrician at DOE’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
