The Department issued a Notice of Issues for Public Comment (NIPC) announcing the availability of the comments received in response to the Request for Information and market analyses prepared for the Department. The notice included a list of factors DOE had identified for analysis of the impacts of DOE transfers on the uranium mining, conversion, and enrichment industries, and a summary of information under consideration. The NIPC established a deadline of April 6, 2015, for the submission of written comments.
