Cyber Assessment Strategy Concept of Operations

This Concept of Operations (CONOPS) defines the functions of the Office of Cyber Assessment Strategy (EA-61) to ensure it is aligned with the Office of Cyber Assessments (EA-60) and DOE mission priorities, responds to emerging threats, and provides effective knowledge management (KM), knowledge development (KD) and Stakeholder Engagement support.
